Processing time

Orders placed before 12pm PT ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Rates & free shipping

Every subscription order ships free. One-time purchases ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout, and ship free over $75.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 3–6 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us via the contact page with your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
